PATHFINDER CONSULTING – REFUND POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION & LEGAL SCOPE

This Refund Policy outlines the formal conditions, eligibility criteria, and mandatory procedures for requesting refunds for services rendered by Pathfinder Consulting. As a professional firm providing intellectual, advisory, and procedural expertise, we deliver significant value immediately upon the commencement of any engagement. This policy ensures transparency and safeguards the operational integrity of the firm. It applies to all clients and must be adhered to without deviation.

2. SCHEDULE OF SERVICES & ENGAGEMENT DURATIONS

The following durations define the “Service Period” for each respective program. Clients are bound by these timelines upon payment.

Specific Provision for Sponsorship Accelerator: Under this program, the client is strictly entitled to one (1) hour of face-to-face consultation for each of the two countries selected within the 6-month duration.

3. GENERAL PRINCIPLES & ELIGIBILITY

  • Non-Tangible Nature:Our services involve document review, strategic planning, and advisory guidance. Refunds are not treated as physical product returns because value is transferred upon onboarding.
  • Eligible Circumstances:Partial  refund may be considered if a service is not initiated within 7 working days, if there are documented internal lapses, or in cases of duplicate/incorrect purchases where no work has commenced.
  • Non-Eligibility:Refunds are strictly not applicable once a session has been held, documents have been reviewed, or strategy materials have been shared. “Change of mind” or external factors like visa denials are not grounds for a refund.

4. MANDATORY REFUND SUBMISSION PROTOCOL

To initiate a formal review, clients must follow the technical communication requirements below. Failure to follow this protocol will result in the request being deemed “not sent.”

  • Requirements:The written request must include the full name, receipt, reason for the request, and supporting evidence.
  • Exclusion:No requests sent via WhatsApp, Social Media DMs, or verbal phone calls will be recognized.

5. REFUND DISBURSEMENT

  • Review Timeline:Decisions are issued within 7–21 working days depending on case complexity.
  • Payment:Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 working days via the original payment method.
  • Fees:Transaction or administrative processing fees may be deducted from the final amount.

6. FINAL DISCLAIMER & ACCEPTANCE

By completing a payment, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. This document supersedes all prior verbal or informal agreements.

All payments to PATHFINDER CONSULTING must be made strictly and exclusively through the company’s designated official accounts as communicated through our official correspondence.

Any payment made into personal or unauthorized accounts shall be deemed invalid, and the company shall bear no liability.
